Bodybuilders have workouts subjective. If you usually go to exhaustion, stop 1-2 reps before. If you usually stop before epuziare 1-2 reps, low reps 1-2 further.

2. Decreasing the volume

If you train for strength, decrease in volume is the best choice. Decrease the volume with 40/50% but maintain the intensity. You can reduce the number of repetitions per set, number of sets, number of exercises. For example, if you do 5 sets of 5 reps, you can decrease to 5 sets of 3 reps. Weights remain the same. You can keep the reps to 5 but do 2-3 sets instead of 5. Or if you were doing exercises after four method 5 x 5 , 5 x5 method but keep doing only two exercises.
